By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that The Agency acts solely as an intermediary agent between you and third-party suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Ticketing Partners). We do not own or control the fulfillment services provided by these suppliers.
Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. operates exclusively as a referral and booking intermediary. All flight tickets booked through this platform are issued, fulfilled, and supported by our licensed flight consolidator, RSH Travel Inc. (Travel Agent License / Registration No.: ON 50018544/42 · BC 53325 · QC 703126), who acts as the seller of record for all ticketed travel services.
Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. does not collect, hold, process, or have custody of any customer travel payments. All payments for travel services are processed directly by Royal Scenic in accordance with their applicable provincial travel agency licences, including compliance with Ontario (TICO), British Columbia (Consumer Protection BC), and Quebec (OPC) consumer protection regulations where applicable.
Customers booking flights through this platform are contracting directly with RSH Travel Inc. as the travel retailer. Any refunds, exchanges, or ticket modifications are subject to RSH Travel Inc.'s policies and the applicable airline fare rules.
Basic users gain lifetime access to our secure booking engine with our best-price promise and advisor-reviewed, all-in fares (no hidden fees). Standard support response times apply.
Premium subscribers enjoy priority 24/7 concierge support, a dedicated travel advisor, and loyalty perks. Subscriptions are automatically billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Premium membership includes a loyalty recognition program where higher annual travel activity unlocks enhanced service tiers:
Annual activity is calculated based on completed and ticketed bookings over a rolling 12-month calendar. Tier recognition is subject to audit and verification of confirmed sales.
To ensure maximum security, Magallones Travel implements a Zero-Storage PCI policy. Credit card data is never stored on our servers. Details are passed ephemerally to the Global Distribution System (Amadeus) for PNR creation. We utilize a "Hold First" model where bookings are manually reviewed before final ticketing.
The Agency is not liable for service interruptions caused by pandemics, natural disasters, or supplier insolvencies. Refundability is determined solely by the rules of the operating carrier. Membership dues are generally non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
All flight bookings are subject to the fare rules of the operating airline. Refundability, change fees, and cancellation terms are determined solely by the airline and/or RSH Travel Inc. as the ticketing agent. Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. does not independently set or override airline refund policies. Service fees and membership subscriptions are non-refundable as outlined in Section 2.
To request a refund or modification, customers must contact Magallones Travel directly at bookings@magallonestravel.com or call +1 780-851-4743. We will liaise with RSH Travel Inc. on your behalf.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations (eTAs), and any required health documentation for their destination. Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. and Royal Scenic accept no liability for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical coverage, trip cancellation/interruption, and baggage protection prior to departure. Travel insurance should be purchased directly from a licensed insurer or insurance broker in your province of residence. Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. does not sell or administer insurance products.
All fares displayed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to availability and real-time pricing changes by airlines and suppliers. Displayed fares are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and a confirmed ticket or booking reference number has been issued by RSH Travel Inc. Magallones Travel reserves the right to correct pricing errors before ticketing is confirmed.
